Dr Kanchan Bhatia is having more than 25 years of experience in the field of Academics. Her Area of Specialization is Management (HR) . Her credentials include more than 40 research papers in various National and International journals and presentations in National and International conferences, including Singapore, Thailand and Dubai. She has published 4 Books in Management, of which “ Compensation Management” is Text book and Reference books in curriculum of various  Central and  state universities . She has conducted AICTE sponsored FDP, MDP and International conference as a Course coordinator . She is  member of Editorial board in various International Journals and Chief Editor in HRD Magazine titles” Managing Emotions: She Received Best Faculty Award from South East Management Association, Singapore in Jan 2021, Young professor award from Cult University France and Carrer excellence award from Career university.

She is Presently Professor in Department of Management  of  Makhan lal Chaturvedi National University of   Journalism and Communication, Bhopal
