Dr Aditya Gupta is a highly accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience in diverse fields of business development, consultancy, liaisoning, training & development. He is currently working as Vice President - Growth for TopRankers, an ed-tech startup which is India's Largest Super Career Platform and contributing to the success of students across the country with our online courses and 19 centres across 10 states.

His prior experience includes working with the Indian Institute of Forest Management (MoEF&CC, Government of India) as the placement officer and Director - Training and Placement for a large multidisciplinary University of Central India, Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager for different sectors across Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Dr Aditya had completed his studies at the prestigious SIBM, Pune and had trained over 15,000 students and corporates from various institutes and organisations across the country on soft skills and placement preparation.

Passionate for empowering fresh graduates, he had helped over 5,000 Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, Science and Agriculture graduates and postgraduates to secure their first job.

Currently, he is entrusted with the responsibility of Honorary Secretary of the Bhopal Management Association, the local management body of the prestigious All India Management Association (AIMA).
